How the application system works
Applicants can apply for a job within our company all over the world via an online application system called Nicoka ATS. Candidates can apply for a specific vacancy, or simply register in the Candidate database.
Use of your personal data
Your personal data will be used by our company to evaluate your application, to verify your references and the information you have provided, and to contact you regarding vacancies. If you are hired, all this personal data will be transmitted to the human resources management system of our company where: well to that our customers as part of our sourcing activities.
Sharing your personal data
Only the different entities that make up our company as well as external companies that participate in the recruitment process will have access to your personal data. They will only be used to evaluate your application and will not be disclosed or sold to a third party.
Nicoka ATS is a trademark of Orinea, and your personal data is stored on our supplier's premises in Naitways, Paris, France.
Access to your personal data, correction and deletion
Once you have provided us with your personal information and resume, you can make the changes you feel are necessary by applying for another position or by registering with the Candidate Library. In this way, your data is automatically updated in our database.
If you wish to obtain a copy of your information or if no position has been offered to you and you wish to withdraw your application from the database for any reason, you can do so by going to the following page: my consent
If you have already applied to our company in another way, your decision not to register now will have no impact on previous applications.
Keeping your personal data
The personal data of all candidates applying to us will be kept in our database for two years after the last update made by the candidate. If no updates have been made during this period, your personal data will be deleted. It is your responsibility to update your personal data, to send us by email your requests for updates or to validate, if necessary, an update request that we have sent you.
You can change your web browser settings to not accept sending cookies. If you choose not to accept cookies while visiting, you should be aware that some features and pages may not work as intended.
If you visit our websites to browse, read or download information, we collect and retain some of your "visitor information", such as the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet, the Internet Protocol ( IP address) of the computer you are using, the date and time that you access our websites, and the Internet addresses of the websites from which you have directly connected to our websites. We use this information to measure traffic on our websites and to help make our websites more useful. We delete this information after a while.
